Fixed Cost Services  

Not all businesses need to take the full Managed Services route, and some businesses will only require elements of a full Managed Services package. We offer three different levels of coverage for a fixed subscription price:

• Basic Plan - A monitoring service that allows us to easily identify network issues. (Resolving the issues after they have been identified will attract additional charges over and above the monthly plan cost.)
• Executive Plan – In addition to monitoring, the Executive plan includes anti-virus and anti-malware services to keep your network running smoothly.
• Total Care Plan – Our flagship plan, Total Care offers fortnightly on-site proactive maintenance visits, unlimited telephone support for network problems, anti-virus and anti-spam protection, and business continuity services for your servers, workstations and e-mail.

 

Hardware as a Service

Ever thought it would be great to have the latest equipment without a huge up-front bill, and with all your maintenance needs taken care of? Our Hardware as a Service offering combines the latest hardware with our monitoring and maintenance services in one simple monthly subscription.

Depending on your circumstances, Hardware as a service can either by paid ‘up front’ or financed via third party financiers.  Please talk to us about how we can help arrange this valuable service.  Hardware as a Service can be added to any of our Managed Services plans with a fixed contract term of 3 years (terms and conditions apply).
